Health Audit. A long session that makes your health actionable.

Apply to be on the show. If you are selected, the session is free. We sit for a multi-hour interview and coaching session on your health: what you are struggling with, what to work on, what to seek out, and what needs care, and where. We audit only what you already have. We do not order tests, labs, or anything else for you.

Not a tips video. A working session on camera.

The format is simple and long on purpose. We interview you, coach in real time, and leave with moves you can actually take. If you are selected, it is free. We work only from what you already have. No tests ordered for you.

  • A real interview

History, daily life, symptoms, labs if you have them, and what you have already tried. Enough time to stop guessing from a paragraph.

  • Make it actionable

The point is not a lecture. You should leave knowing what to change, what to stop chasing, and what the next moves are.

  • What to seek, and where

Some of this you can do. Some of it belongs with a clinician, a lab, or a specialist. We say which is which, and where that care lives.

Is it free?

Yes. If we select you, being on the show is free. You do not pay for the interview, the coaching session, or a spot on the episode.

We audit only what you already have: your history, habits, labs, notes, and metrics. We do not order tests, panels, supplements, or anything else for you.

What is a Health Audit?

A YouTube show from NRTR Health. Each episode is a multi-hour interview and coaching session with one person, built around their health.

We focus on what you want to work on, then make it specific: what to act on, what to seek out, and what needs care, and where.

Who is it for?

People who want a serious look at a real problem, not a ten-minute routine. Chronic symptoms, stalled progress, confusing labs, or a health goal that has not become a plan.

You do not need to be an expert. You do need to be willing to talk about it on camera if you are selected.

Is this medical care?

No. Health Audit is education and coaching for a public show. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace a clinician.

When something needs medical care, we say so, and where that care belongs. Bring questions. Do not treat the episode as a visit.

What happens after I apply?

We read every application. If it is a fit for the show, we email you to schedule the recorded session.

Applying does not guarantee a spot. If you are not selected, you will not be put on video.
