Sick
Something was wrong, and I could feel it getting worse. I didn’t need another pep talk. I needed to understand what was happening to me.
The beginning
I built NRTR because I needed it.
I didn’t set out to build a health company. I was trying to understand what was happening to me.
When my health began falling apart, I had information everywhere, but no system that could show me the whole picture. Making progress in recovering my health meant thousands of dollars spent, countless hours of research, and existential fear.
Now, it’s easy. NRTR is my answer to the struggles of trying to better your health despite overworked systems, conflicting info, and chronic conditions. I’ve built it so, hopefully, no one else has to struggle the way I have.
Amazing health should be a human right, not a privilege. NRTR exists to give you the clarity, tools, and intelligence to take ownership, without losing yourself in the noise or paying for the privilege.
When your body keeps changing and answers stay scattered, what you need most is clarity you can trust, control over your next step, and real ownership of your health story. NRTR grew from the work of simplifying that complexity so living with chronic conditions feels less like chaos, and more like something you can carry.

Something was wrong, and I could feel it getting worse. I didn’t need another pep talk. I needed to understand what was happening to me.
The beginning
02
Doctors, tests, new plans, more waiting. People were trying. Still, nobody was holding the whole story of my days between visits.
Inside the system
03
So I tracked myself: sleep, food, symptoms, labs, meds, recovery. It helped, until the notes became another job I had to manage while still sick.
Doing it alone
04
I started building the tool I kept looking for: something that could listen to clinical data and everyday life without making me explain myself from scratch every time.
Late nights
05
Flares, stress, short sleep, skipped meals, training load: suddenly they weren’t separate emergencies. They were a conversation I could finally hear.
First clarity
06
Understanding didn’t make chronic conditions easy. It made it less lonely. I could respond to my body instead of bracing for the next unexplained crash.
Breathing again
07
If this system could hold me through the hard weeks, it shouldn’t stay private. I rebuilt it so other people navigating chronic conditions didn’t have to invent their own lifeline.
Founding NRTR
08
You shouldn’t have to become a full-time systems engineer just to stay oriented in your own health. That’s the work NRTR is here to carry with you.

The bigger picture
Chronic conditions and daily life are multifaceted. NRTR pulls life’s data together automatically so you can see what matters most for how you feel, recover, and keep going.
You don’t need to be a data expert. You just need a system that works for you.
YouAt the center. Where it belongs.
Recovery is your bottleneck.
Poor sleep, high stress, and low protein may be driving fatigue and slower progress, especially when chronic conditions and lifestyle demands stack up.
Focus on sleep, protein, and stress →
From information overload to clarity and action
Chronic conditions and longevity goals need more than charts. NRTR connects symptoms, labs, sleep, nutrition, recovery, habits, and everything else you expect from leading health apps and wearables so you can see what matters and act on it without living inside a spreadsheet.
Tap a prompt to get guidance for your day. Your coach watches the patterns and helps you act with confidence.
Because sleep was short and recent symptom severity is up, today is softer.
Your data stays yours. Your conversations stay private. No ads. No selling. No hidden sharing.
Our privacy promise →Everything you do in a day leaves a mark on your body. With chronic conditions, understanding those impacts, and being able to steer them, matters even more. NRTR gives you the clarity, strength, and simplicity to work with complex biology without needing to become a researcher.
Sample of 300+ markers
These three are a sample. NRTR estimates 300+ other key markers for overall health, disease risk factors, and progression risk of current problems. Small changes create big impact over time.
Illustrative demo only, not medical advice.
Ownership
In NRTR, your data and the AI that uses it live on your device. You own everything. We do not share with third parties. Outside sources only connect when you approve an import.
Your health should never have to become the price of admission.
Evidence
Regulatory actions and peer-reviewed research show how consumer health tech can fail privacy promises.
The FTC alleged that sensitive health information, including medications and conditions, was shared with advertising platforms including Facebook and Google.

When you’re chronically ill, juggling apps is not a care plan. NRTR monitors what your body is doing, and automatically adapts sleep, food, movement, recovery, and next steps around what you actually experience.
